Description Pedro Ximenez is one of the oldest grapes varieties in Chile. It was originally introduced and developed in the north of Chile for the production of Pisco. Extremely rustic, it has survived to the very extreme conditions of soils and temperature with an extraordinary generosity, providing grapes with hard skin, great perfume and succulent juice.
