Vineyard
Petite Sirah from Calistoga, Cabernet Sauvignon from Chiles Valley, and Syrah from Carneros were employed with this debut release of In Studio Red. The complexity and balance of this vintage were achieved through diverse sourcing, and this marriage of varietals creates an intriguing red offering./p>

Vinification
Following destemming, the hand-picked grapes were stainless steel-fermented and received extended skin contact before being transferred to barrels. The wine was aged in small French oak barrels for 24 months where the wine completed malolactic fermentation. The wine was racked prior to bottling.
