Vinification
Vineyards located in Alt Penedès, at 300 metres above sea level, they give us well-structured wines with good alcoholic volume. These vineyards are always treated with organic fertilizer and only every four years. Made only from the grapes chosen in our vineyards. Elaboration with our traditional method, fermentation in bottle, aged in the cavas penumbra at 8 meters deep at least 14 months. Decollated when ordered so it reaches the customer at its best condition.

Tasting Notes
Xarel•lo, macabeo and parellada grapes – Straw colored with golden tones and small bubbles, it makes a perfect crown. It’s fruity, clean aromas have an ageing note.Very balanced in mouth, touches of sweetness and acidity well integrated, smooth, light but tasty. Perfect to drink in all meals and occasions, from aperitif to the dessert and even alone. All types of meals of the mediterranean diet and also middle structure dishes. Serving temperature: 5 ºC.
