Development

The careful selection of the fruit at its entrance to the winery, allows us to carry out prolonged maceration, in order to ensure an adequate extraction of tannins, aroma and other components of the quality in the resulting wines.

Breeding

After the fermentation, several rackings were carried out in large American oak tubs before an 18 month rest in oak casks. After bottling, Añares Reserva has remained in our bottle rack developing its "bouquet " and roundness.

Tasting Card

Intense cherry with Ruby Lusters, Añares Reserva is a wine to keep. Its aromatic complexity includes red fruits, licorice and smoky tones, which evolve into spices aromas, after being uncorked, in the mouth, is long and structured, reappearing the fruity aftertaste.
