PRODUCTION METHOD 
Stainless steel fermented in an anaerobic environment, with micro-oxygenation to preserve the freshness and fruitiness, but add to the development and approachability of these very concentrated Tempranillo grapes. Fined, Filtered and cold stabilized.

TASTING NOTE
This young, unoaked Tempranillo has a deep ruby core with crimson tones. Aromas of violets, rose petals, blackberries, cherries and blueberries. Dry on the palate, with very approachable tannin and acidity balanced with a ton of dark fruits. FOOD PAIRING: Lightly spiced meats
