AROMA Vinous, floral and fruity and Whit ageing it become full with hits of liquorice
TASTE Round ,whit a good structure and slightly tannic.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 16-18 C°
SERVING SUGGESTION uncork one hour before serving. Ideal with most savoury dishes from the Piedmontese cuisine, especially Tajarin , ravioli al “plin” , red meats, strong cheeses and game.
