DESCRIPTION
The considerable fluctuation of temperature between day and night gives our Sauvignon its powerful, aromatic body and fresh structure. The vivid, fresh wine with the invigorating aroma of grapefruit and elderflower makes a fine aperitif or welcome companion to vegetable starters, pasta and fish.
