Dry sparkling wine with straw yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. Delicate scent reminiscent of acacia flowers and citrus fruits. Rich and mildly aromatic in the mouth with an aftertaste of bread crust and almond.

Grape variety: Ribolla Gialla, an ancient grape that could be traced back to the medieval period in the county of Gorizia.

Sparkling wine: fermentation in purity has been carried out by Charmat method.

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Food pairings: New "alternative" with aperitif snacks. Ideal with appetizers and delicate first courses of rice and pasta. Excellent with shellfish and steamed scented fish.
