Nebbiolo 100%. This wine, dedicated to Bruno`s mother, Maria Adelaide, is produced from a selection of the best grapes of our vineyards.

Production 35 hl/hectare.

Vinification in stainless steel for 18-20 days.Maturation: 12 months in French oak barrique, 12 months in French oak barrel.

Color deep garnet red.

Nose wide with black fruit (blackberries, cherries, plums, black cherries) and blood orange, scents of flowers (violet, rose), spices and mint.

Flavor mouth filling, warm and elegant, very long and persistent with overtones confirming aromas perceived on the nose with a hint of cocoa.
