Vine density 5,500 vines per ha.

Harvest It is hand harvested early in the morning.

Vinification After a cold maceration the wine is fermented. There is complete malolactic fermentation

Ageing The wine is aged for a year in French oak botte of 400litres. After bottling the wine is then aged a further 6 months before release.
