Average planting density 3500/4000 minimum per hectare.
Yield per hectare 130 quintals of grapes. Alcohol: 12%.
Vinification and refinement maceration on the skins for 8 up to 10 days at controlled temperature of 25° -28° C and bottle ageing for two months.
Tasting it is particularly appreciated when young, because of its fragrance, but even when it is slightly aged. It has a ruby-red color, depending on its age. It has a grassy bouquet which is strong, penetrating and also persistent. It is full-bodied, well-balanced and distinct.
Food matches it goes well with poultry, game or red meat cooked over charcoal.
