Description
The jewel of our production is composed of a 60% Sangiovese-grapes, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot. All grapes are meticuluosly chosen and fermented with care. Subsequently the wine is left to age for about 18 months in small wooden Alliers-barrels and refined for 14 months in the bottle.

Notes:

A deep rich ruby red color which isparticularly bright. Dry and persistent taste, full and harmonic. Slightly tannic.

Alcohol content 13,5°.
Acidity 6%.
