Vineyards Planted in 1975, 1986, 1998 e 2000. Facing southwest and southeast. Altitude 320 meters above sea level, Soil Dates back to the Pliocene Age, marine origin, rich in fossils, shells and oysters. Pruning Spurred cord, with 12-16 buds per vine. VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Harvest Hand picked, in small cases from September 15th to Sept 28th 2013, depending on the grape variety. Production 7,000 kg of grapes per hectare. Vinification The grapes are first cooled and then pressed very softly. The grapes yield in must is 60%. Fermentation In stainless steel vats at 24°-28°C (75°-82° F) for 12-15 days.
