Location is situated around Saint Maurice de Satonnay, a small village located halfway between Mâcon and Cluny

41 hectares are planted over three areas: Saint Maurice de Satonnay, Péronne and Azé. 

Ground limestone and clay 

Vinification traditional methods and modern applications of oenology (pneumatic press, temperature controle during the alcoholic fermentation) protection of the varietal characteristics of each grape variety improve the quality of each wine produced in the Domain. All the plots are separated tank by tank in order to optimize blends before bottling

Color shiny golden white with green highlights. 

Nose develops floral and fruity aromas: white rose, locust tree, honeysuckle and citrus fruits. 

Taste sharp and clean. It is a fresh and pleasant wine, dry and very fruity.

Our family estate has been established for five generations of wine growers who love their vineyards. The whole family works with passion from the pruning to the harvest and from the winemaking to the bottling according to Burgundy traditions.  Concerned with the environmental protection, the Domain respects principals of the integrated farm management, by plowing of grounds and minimization of fertilizers and chemicals.
