AGING In barrels tor 12 months.

TASTING 
Dark Ruby color. The complex nose shows aromas of fruits of the forests. Dense and earthy with hints of blackcurrant and blueberry. The long finish reveals lots of spicy flavors.

KEEPING CAlPACITY
May be enjoyed young for the fruit but can be laid aside for 15 years or more where more earthy aromas will develop. 

SERVE WITH
Young duck with black olives. Beef fillet with pepper sauce, refined cheeses.
