Soil: limestone bedrock. Natural drainage. 
Grape varieties: 88% Sémillon, 8% Sauvignon, 4% Muscadelle.
Harvests: by hand, with selective pickings. 
Vinification: gentle pressure. Fermentation in barrels. Each day of harvest is vinified separately.
Maturing: 22 months in French oak barrels (1/3 renewed each year).
