VITICULTURE
Fruit was sourced from 30 year-old vines at the La Perseverancia vineyard (about 2,300 ft above sea-level). Average yields of 3.7 tons/acre.
VINIFICATION
Extended maceration period of 20 days. 50% matured 9 months in second-use American oak barrels, 50% matured 9 months in tank with French oak inner-staves.

13.5%
TASTING NOTES
Concentrated, complex dark fruit aromas of cassis and plums on the nose. Well balanced, with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
